PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Godrej Country Estate is a weekend retreat for Mumbai residents, anchored by a centrally located clubhouse conceived as a “seed building.” Radially organized, the clubhouse comprises 14 trapezoidal volumes arranged around a circular landscaped courtyard, housing programs such as dining, sports, events, offices, and a theater. Radially aligned pitched roofs emphasize its strong geometric identity. The clubhouse sits at the center of a 50-acre (≈202,343 sq. m) plotted development on the outskirts of Mumbai.
